I started with marathon and triathlon trainings as my passion and pursue it to personal training courses. clients who train with me can expect fun and challenging workouts in order to achieve their goals. I promote using different workout tools such us strength machines and free weights equipment. I've been working in fitness first for 6 years and I learned that maintining a healthy lifestyle can be achieved by setting goals, be consistent and create a balance between exercise and proper nutrition.
