Recover and realign with our Restorative Yoga classes. Where meditation meets passive stretching. This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Prop supported postures will be held for longer than usual to encourage stretching and strengthening in the body. This is a practice appropriate for students of all levels.
