Charles has been in the Fitness Industry for more than 18 years and worked for Fitness First for the last 11 years. Charles started from humble beginnings as a Fitness Instructor in Fitness First Middles East and worked his way up through various roles including Fitness Instructor, Platinum Trainer, Assistant Fitness Manager, Fitness Manager, Senior Fitness Manager and now in his current role as Academy Trainer. Added to Charles extended experience, he has added a number of accolades to his name including Rocky Personal Training Award and best Fitness Leader Award, to name a few.
Charles is extremely passionate about education and has committed to his own personal growth through continued education throughout his career. Charles holds a double degree in physical therapy and nursing.
Charles is a licensed Physiotherapist and Nurse and has Level 4 certification in Personal Training. He is also qualified in lecturing and assessing certified. Charles is really passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience and has a unique flair and personal touch with the groups he teaches.
